Data we collect
When you fill in the membership application: name and title, email, mobile/WhatsApp number, profession, institution, city and province, registration number (optional) and any notes you write.
When you create an account or log in: your email address, and your name and profile photo from your Google account if you choose to sign in with Google.
How we use it
To verify membership applications, give access to the Member Area, and contact you about your membership and Perminesia activities.
We do not sell or rent your personal data to anyone.
Storage and third-party services
Application data is stored in Google Firebase (Cloud Firestore). Accounts and sign-in are handled by Clerk. The website is hosted by Vercel. These services process data only to run the website.
Only board members appointed as administrators can see application data.
Your rights
You may request a copy, correction or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting the Perminesia secretariat through the Contact page.
Cookies
This website only uses the cookies needed to keep you signed in. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
